We walked to and from school today witch is just a block away. We talked about all the leaves changing and all he was doing was kicking dirt. WoW I have such a BOY !!
I found this recipe today and can not remember where it was so sorry for that. I can not wait to try it. I love pumpkin pie so much and cupcakes this recipe is both what a fun day I think we are going to have these for family night tomorrow.
Pumpkin pie cupcakes :
Pie crust any way you like it
pumpkin pie filling made with the can directions
cut the pie crust to fit in a small cupcake pan bottom and sides
fill the crust with filling but don't go to the top bake at 425 for 7 min and then turn down the oven to 350 and bake them for another 10 min till the crust is golden brown on the side take out oven and cool in tin for 10 min and then transfer to wire rack to completely cool mean while they are cooling make your fave kind of vanilla cupcake mix i used the box. Line a muffin pan with liners and take a heaping tablespoon and put in bottom and then take the pies and gently push into batter and DON'T push all the way to the bottom pour another Heaping tablespoon make sure it goes around the pie and over them bake at 350 for about 25 min until the top and sides are golden brown and let cool in pan and frost them yum yum
